Welcome to our store! By accessing or purchasing from our shop or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

• All products and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Purchases

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and instructions before purchase.

• Some products, such as pet oral care items and food, cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

3. Photography Services

• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any pet photography booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date.

• If the customer fails to schedule or attend the session, the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or issues arising from the misuse of products purchased from our store.

• For photography sessions, pet owners are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their pets.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
