Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

• You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Items with quality issues or wrong shipments are eligible for a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

• Returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind) must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Pet oral care products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental chews, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Opened food and treats.

• Customized or clearance items.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Pet Photography Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure a pet photography booking. If the session is not scheduled or completed by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded.
